Arch MI is seeking a Pricing Manager for it's corporate office in Greensboro, NC. The Pricing Manager
manages the life cycle of price levels for a subset of Arch MI’s first lien mortgage insurance business from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Develops recommended strategic vision for pricing within a subset of first lien mortgage insurance.
Communicates recommendations to management.
Specifies market requirements for current and future price levels by conducting market research of the various price points being charged by market participants, by conducting market experiments of various price points, and by utilizing research about the evolving mortgage landscape.
Coordinates market research to understand the role pricing plays in the experience of our customers and obtains market intelligence by working directly with sales leaders and customers.
Performs cash flow analysis to understand the return levels and profitability across various segments as well as price individual or customized deals for a subset of opportunities.
Provides details of price level performance to Senior Management. Participates on cross-functional price implementation teams.
Analyzes potential partner relationships for existing and/or new products.
BS degree required.
Five (5) to ten (10) years of related Pricing experience.to include three (3) to five (5) years of Product Management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required.
Familiarity with programming languages like SAS or SQL is not a requirement but would be valuable.
