The Director Marketing Operations is responsible for marketing project planning, operations process, advertising planning and ensuring that all campaigns, projects and processes are run accurately, efficiently, timeously and on budget. The incumbent will manage the marketing liaison team and will contribute to and supervise the project management queue, marketing operational processes, marketing research and analysis, vendor management, marketing invoice management and project budgeting. In addition, the incumbent will regularly collaborate across the organization and with the department creative services and event teams to align projects and activity with broader marketing initiatives.

Consults and collaborates with the SVP Marketing and other stakeholders as needed to develop and execute marketing projects that promote product and program positioning across the mortgage maket and organization.
Oversee the intake, implementation and day to day operation of the Arch MI marketing project planning and operations process.
Works with the SVP Marketing to secure Advertising placements, manages the advertising calendar and ensures all advertising project delevireables and deadlines are met.
Work alongside brand, creative services, events/sponsorships,promotion and sales teams to ensure constant alignment in the planning, operations, seamless decision making and execution of all marketing projects.
Actively monitor, analyze and report through Robohead, the marketing project database.
Work with Sales Operations, Policy and Servicing to ensure marketing content is up to date in all repositories.
Provides marketing operational direction, development and proposals for new and innovative ways to streamline marketing operations.
Oversees the customer experience surveys. Develop tools to gauge customer satisfaction, identify in close to real-time service quality deficiencies and assess change over time.
Manages staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment, selection, training, development, performance management and recognition.
Knowledge & Skills:
Extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, secondary marketing and residential lending environment.
Strong PC skills utilizing programs such as Robohead, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Salesforce.com.
Broad expertise in marketing operation methods, practices and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts.
Strategic problem solving and decision-making skills.
Advanced leadership and motivational abilities as demonstrated by proven success in creating and managing diverse high performing individuals and teams.
Exceptional project management skills including the ability to effectively and efficiently meet critical timelines, manage multiple projects, and deliver in a fast paced environment.

Some travel may be required <5%.
Education & Experience:
BS/BA in marketing, management, or communication, MBA preferred, or equivalent business experience of 10 years is required.
10+ years of B2B marketing and management w/strong track record of success collaborating with sales mgmt., marketing communications, promotions and sales support.
Solid understanding residential lending origination and mortgage insurance.
Solid experience in marketing communication technologies including marketing automation, content management systems, CRM and project management databases.
