  • Overview

    The Operations Assistant/Account Manager performs and coordinates execution of post-sale functions for Arch Large Account customers.  In addition, this position will collaborate with both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that both internal and external commitments are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
      • Preparation and communication of billing instructions;
      • Processing of multi-state, admitted casualty (WC, GL, Auto) policies;
      • Premium audit processing;
      • Calculation of loss sensitive program adjustments

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • College degree or coursework preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience with the following transactions:
      • large, complex WC, GL or Auto policies and/or;
      • premium audits for large WC driven customers and/or;
      • loss sensitive (large deductible or retrospectively rated) program adjustments

    Technical Skills:

    • Word, Excel
