The Position

The Executive Assistant will support the Chairman, Arch Worldwide Services.  The Worldwide Services team is based in Raleigh, NC.  This team coordinates employees in the US, Philippines and Europe to provide IT, operations, finance and actuarial resources for Arch entities. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external clients
  • Collect and assemble information for projects and strategic planning
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants
  • Manage travel itineraries
  • Coordinate communications, including taking calls and managing email for Chairman, Arch Worldwide Services
  • Ensure Chairman is prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, including working with staff to ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Work as a member of the team, providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate


Desired Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Profiency in project management

Required Education/Experience

  • 5+ years of experiance as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus
