    The Position

    We are looking for a paralegal to support our Legal team and independently handle regulatory filings, corporate board work, and general administration. 


    Job Responsibilities


    • Handle all quarterly, annual and ad hoc Board work for several related corporations
    • Prepare and submit all Insurance Holding Company Act filings for the insurers in our group
    • Prepare regulatory filings for licensed entities
    • Liaise with all units in the Company and in the group as needed to provide information necessary for all regulatory and financial filings
    • Organize and maintaining all corporate and Legal department records and contracts
    • Prepare license applications with state insurance departments and otherwise, as needed
    • Pre-review standard corporate contracts


    Desired Skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
    • In-house experience is preferred
    • Insurance/reinsurance experience is preferred
    • Positive and energetic team player with excellent communication skills


    Required Education/Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3 – 5 years of experience
