The Position

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and resourceful employee to provide entry level HR administrative support to our Human Resources team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, the employee will have the opportunity to assist with day-to-day HR tasks, experiencing firsthand the importance of HR in a corporate business setting.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting/hiring process by developing new requisitions, drafting/proofreading job descriptions, attend intake and debrief meetings and recruiting forums, conducting phone interviews, reviewing resumes, scheduling onsite interviews, preparing offer letters, and performing background checks
  • Responsible for coordination and input of data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with new employee onboarding by coordinating new hire paperwork, new hire orientation meetings and complete 1-9 form with new hire using E-Verify System
  • Handle administrative work related to internal transfers and terminations (employment and termination letters)
  • Assist with payroll by collecting all necessary documents, in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams
  • Prepare and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, letters, agreements, and contracts
  • Support HR initiatives including Communications, System Implementations and Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Maintain and update employee files in ImageRight
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to day-to-day employee questions
  • Research HR policies, training, systems and recommend best practices

Required Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a HR coordinator or relevant administrative position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • HRIS Experience, ADP Enterprise preferred
