The Business Operations Analyst performs various centralized underwriting and operational support and service functions within one or more work groups. This position utilizes customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to ensure ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing key pieces of information and determining the appropriate course of action for various processes. In addition, this position will collaborate with business units, corporate resources, and offshore teams to ensure we meet both internal and external commitments.
