    Responsibilities

    The Position

    The HRIS Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative HRIS functions ensuring data integrity and processing and reporting of HR data.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work with Payroll, Benefits and HR Team to ensure that information is entered into HRIS in an accurate and timely manner
    • Performs group data updates, exports, imports into HRIS system(s)
    • Conduct data integrity audits to confirm data accuracy in the HRIS system(s)
    • Respond to HRIS data inquires and requests from appropriate parties
    • Participate in testing, troubleshooting and upgrades of HR systems
    • Conducts basic data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, etc. as directed
    • Deliver routine monthly/quarterly reports using ADP Advanced Reporting. Respond to ad hoc data requests on a timely basis
    • Responsible for creating organizational charts on a monthly basis
    • Create ad hoc org charts as needed
    • Support members of the HR team with special projects

     

    Qualifications

    Desired Skills

    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (include pivot tables, functions, etc.)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Customer service oriented
    • Team player
    • Knowledge of HRIS Systems, preferably ADP EV5
    • Knowledge of ADP eTime
    • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Performance Management or other Performance Management systems

     

    Required Education/Experience 

    • College graduate with major in HR or HR Systems
    • A minimum of 3 – 5 years HRIS experience
    • Knowledge of reporting and downloading reports from HRIS System
    • Insurance or Financial Services preferred
