    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain client and broker relationships 
    • Market to senior level clients and brokers 
    • Responsible for the selection and pricing of new and renewal business for Miscellaneous Package, Technology Professional E&O and Cyber Liability Accounts in accordance with company service promises, objectives and underwriting guidelines
    • Evaluate client financial objectives
    • Perform in-depth statistical analyses
    • Host WebEx demonstration of our proprietary online quote, bind and policy issuance platform for our wholesale brokers and prospects
    • Assist with vetting and appointing wholesale brokers
    • Assist with developing and creating affinity opportunities with vendors, regional and national wholesale broker
    • Assist with creating and drafting underwriting guidelines, applications, forms, endorsement and rating structures
    • Assist with implementing and executing annual business and marketing plans
    • Leading, training and coaching junior underwriters and team members
    • Perform quality assurance testing of online platform and rating worksheets

    Required Education/Experience 

    • College degree or equivalent industry experience
    • 10 to 15 years’ experience in professional liability
