The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales in existing markets and expanding into untapped markets using inside sales techniques and procedures (i.e. telephone solicitation, e-mail outreach, video, text message). This position may have a large territory and/or assigned list of mortgage lenders whom they will solicit with the intent to obtain mortgage insurance. In addition, the associate will have the responsibility of mining lenders websites and NMLS website to ensure that our contact records are up to date and complete. This individual will also be responsible for documenting outreach efforts to provide valuable information which National Accounts or Regional Managers would be able to utilize.
This low cost channel will solicit large numbers of mortgage lenders in a cost efficient manner and will have specific sales goals and objectives as determined by senior sales executives.

Education & Experience:
Required knowledge & skills would typically be acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years sales experience with at least 3 years in the mortgage sales industry in the area of underwriting, processing or origination.
