    The Position

    Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Travel Claims Department.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming mail, emails, faxes
    • Responsible for setting up and assignment of new claims
    • Handles incoming telephone calls and resopnds to claim status inquiries/information requests
    • Special projects as assigned by Supervisor


    Desired Skills

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Organizational and detail oriented.
    • Must be proficient in MS WORD, Excel
    • Customer service oriented.

    Required Education/Experience 

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent works experience
    • At least 1 to 2 years of related claims experience in the insurance field.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Team player.
