    The Position

    Adjudicate all aspects of travel claims within stated authority.  


    Job Responsibilities

    • Interface with assistance provider.
    • Handle subrogation and coordination of benefits.
    • Field and respond to claims-related calls, emails and other correspondence from insureds, providers and accounts.

    Required Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of claims experience in the Travel, Accident and Health or Medical claims fields
    • Experience processing claims in relevant lines of business
    • Experience working with claims systems
