    Job Responsibilities

    The Position

    The selected candidates will be an integral part of a growing sales organization and responsible for day to day sales life cycle activities including:

    • Manage and own business relationships between Arch/RoamRight and its customers
    • Assist in the sales process to understand each customer's organization and vision for utilizing travel protection plans
    • Assist Regional Sales Directors in the coordination of new installations, including the development of implementation plans and resource assignments
    • Understand each partners environment from both technical and business perspectives and coordinate the resolution of customer issues
    • Advise customer how to best utilize Arch/RoamRight products including protection plans, partner portal, mobile app, etc.
    • Provide frequent feedback to Marketing and Product Development regarding product quality and customer enhancement requests
    • Help define success criteria for each partner and track & report success metrics to internal and external management
    • Renew & Grow existing partnerships with ongoing training or assistance, with particular focus on smaller under 10K producers and/or underperforming to expected production levels accounts
    • Plan and manage daily activities with minimal supervision
    • Ability to organize and present business and/or technical material in a concise, easily understood manner

     

    Desired Skills/Experience

    Desired Skills

    • Thoroughly understand travel protection and how Arch’s products and services affect customer processes and profitability.
    • Previous account management experience, preferably in travel or insurance
    • Prior experience delivering client solutions and coordinating activities among management and other resources at all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and present solutions to decision makers and staff at all organization levels
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation/sales skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to remain persistent, assertive, and outgoing in all business activities

    Required Education/Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • P&C, Health and Accident license a plus.
    • Proven customer service & sales ability (3+ years) to include account management and client retention. Prior corporate business experience a must.
