  • The Position

    The Executive Assistant will support the Divisional CIO group based in Raleigh, NC. This group is responsible for all IT support across several business segments within Arch. The ideal candidate will be a highly flexible and independent self-starter with a team-oriented attitude.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and memorandum
    • Regularly arrange domestic and international travel
    • Maintain Outlook contacts and calendars
    • Schedule and manage in-house meetings and external customer events
    • Complete expense reports
    • Assist with budget processes as requested
    • Screen calls and incoming mail
    • Set appointments and client interactions
    • Create and maintain meeting minutes, files, and project schedules
    • Stay on top of any new hires/terminations and coordinate office space for new employees
    • Perform other support tasks as assigned 

     

    Desired Skills/Experience

    • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
    • Working knowledge of networking/computer setup
    • Comfortable and confident when interacting with executives and staff of all levels
    • Must have exemplary verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive correspondence regularly
    • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Exceptional teamwork skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent attention to detail

    Education

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an assistant role
    • Four year college degree, preferred
