  • The Position

    The Corporate Account Sales Support (ISS) Analyst provides day to day support for Corporate/House Accounts. Working with the National Account VP,he/she leads various executive client meetings, especially when the topic is operational in nature and specific to the client’s processes.The incumbent will provide our internal and external Corporate Accounts with a single point of contact and will have deep knowledge of the corporate accounts, from Origination to claims/servicing/mods.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Provides customer training and problem resolution to Corporate/House Accounts on various loan origination systems including Optimal Blue, LOS and CONNECT.


    2. Acts as the SME for Arch systems and customer LOS and collaborates with relevant departments (e.g., UW Customer Service, Pricing, Credit Risk, Legal, and IT) on projects, lender requests and processes that have cross-departmental dependencies.


    3. Provides system enhancement recommendations to internal IT department/users and organize department user acceptance testing to support IT initiatives and increase efficiencies and productivity.


    4. Manages and maintains internal department tracking systems (e.g. SharePoint, Quality Center etc.).


    5. Analyzes documents and has authority to decision complex rate discrepancies for team without escalation, based on outlined parameters.


    6. Identifies and implements necessary process changes to allow for increased productivity and efficiency.


    7. Develops and coordinates department training for Corp Accounts processes and process documentation.


    8. Ability to perform ISS Analyst role with a high degree of knowledge and skills, provide assistance when necessary to existing ISS Analyst team.

     

     

     

    Required Skills/Experience

    1. Thorough knowledge of residential mortgage banking, mortgage insurance and underwriting practices.


    2. Creative problem solving, analytical skills and strong process improvement/re-engineering skills; innovative, results driven, detail oriented and adaptable to change.


    3. Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.


    4. Good communication skills (written and verbal) along with customer service competencies to effectively work with customers and internal contacts.


    5. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interact comfortably with various levels of management.


    6. Knowledge of various systems used by the Sales team and their Accounts; CONNECT, Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).


    7. Conduct System User Acceptance Testing/Validation.


    8. MS Office skills (Word, Power Point, and Excel).


    9. Expertise in customer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain long term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ability to effectively manage multiple business contacts and their issues.

    Education

    Required knowledge & skills would typically be acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years related experience.
