    The Senior Learning Analyst at Arch MI plays in an integral role in independently creating, delivering, managing, and evaluating (through Level 4) employee development learning and programs which help achieve organizational goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Independently create, deliver, manage, and evaluate (through Level 4) employee development learning and programs which help achieve organizational goals including New Employee Onboarding and Leadership programs.
    • Partner closely with SMEs to create learning solutions using ADDIE when using internal expertise.
    • Deliver group and individual instruction in-person or webinar, covering a range of content including new employee, leadership skills, professional skills, and business acumen skills to a diverse audience including senior leaders.
    • Participate in Train-the-trainer and/or certification programs to facilitate vendor training in-house.
    • Use Elucidat, Vyond, etc. to create and edit online learning.
    • Manage multiple projects at one time.

     

     

     

    Required Skills/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
    • 3-5 years’ managing learning programs
    • 5-7 years’ knowledge and proven experience using the ADDIE Model
    • 5-7 years’ knowledge and proven experience using instructional design theory and adult learning principles
    • 5-7 years’ experience facilitating professional skills training in a corporate setting
    • 3 years’ experience creating online training using authoring tools like Articulate, Vyond (previously GoAnimate), etc.
    • 3 years’ experience with implementing the highest levels of evaluation and gathering meaningful metrics
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
    • Sound decision making, creativity, and exceptional planning and organizational skills

    Desired Skills/Experience

    • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Education or related field
    • 3 years’ experience leading people
    • Certifications: EQ, Situational Leadership, MBTI, DISC, Lean Six Sigma, and Coaching
    • Experience designing and implementing from a learning perspective - onboarding training, talent management programs, succession planning programs, and mentoring programs

     

     

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field required
    • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Education or related field preferred
