Job Responsibilities

Direct Support:

  • Strategically manage President's time, review President's external opportunities, including longer-term travel and meeting plans, and assess against key priorities
  • Prepare for and follow up on meetings: ensure President has all information necessary for key meetings to be most impactful and productive
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Complete expense reports
  • Maintain Outlook contacts and calendars
  • Help to organize President daily
    • Prepare President for meetings (e.g. ensure President has materials in advance, read materials for business reviews, identify potential questions or areas of concern)
    • Coordinate executive leadership team meeting agenda as appropriate
    • Attend meetings with President where appropriate, take notes and perform follow-ups
    • Assist with projects as needed
  • Organize special events for President’s involvement at conferences
  • Support any work needed for board meetings, business reviews, budget preparation, or additional financials as needed
  • Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with communications, other leaders and subject matter experts to collaborate on company reports and presentations on President’s behalf
  • Support President with strategic priorities

Project Management:

  • Track high priority initiatives for the President and identify any obstacles
  • Communicate initiative status to the President, pulling in other executives or team members as necessary
  • Take on ad hoc strategic projects (for example, executing key initiatives or closing any operational gaps) as assigned

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Assist with M&A activity as needed: including but not limited to, provide support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders as directed by the President

Required Skills/Experience

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; Photoshop experience preferred
  • Must have exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable with various means of communication
  • Professional, comfortable and confident when interacting with executives and staff on all levels
  • Must be able to handle sensitive correspondence regularly
  • Demonstrates ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent attention to detail


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of six years’ experience in a business role
  • Experience in a business setting in an executive assistant seat
