Job Responsibilities

We are hiring a BPM Lead who will be responsible for leading end-to-end business initiatives for
multiple segments. These include operationalizing new business initiatives, leading end-to-end business
process improvements, and M&A integration activities. This role will facilitate achievement of Arch’s strategic goals,
while incorporating improved efficiency and scalability, increased IT system efficacy, better alignment of resources,
and increased discipline in daily operations for end-to-end enterprise business processes. Specific
responsibilities include:
 Lead projects, assisted by a project manager, and working with business subject matter experts
 Work collaboratively across Arch departments to help improve business processes
 Review and modify end-to-end processes, working closely with Business partners
 Provide teams, including senior leaders and external stakeholders, with regular communications regarding
project status, outstanding issues and necessary next steps;
 Lead evaluation, design, execution, measurement, and monitoring of assigned business processes
 Ensure that business process outcomes are in line with Arch’s strategic goals
 Develop ROI models for process and performance improvement projects
 Facilitate continuous improvement activities including streamlining and introducing innovation to impact
results, reducing wasted money and time
 Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification
 Work with assistance to develop and maintain business process documentation
 Assist in promoting the implementation of best practices

Required Skills/Experience

Project Management (principles and methodologies, to include exceptional organizational and time
management skills, as well as budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.)
 Experience integrating large, complex acquisitions
 Experience identifying risks and developing strategic solutions for critical issues uncovered during an
integration process
 Strong business intuition skills
 Expert problem solving and analytical skills
 Excellent facilitation skills with ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups
 Leading, coaching and developing a matrixed and cross-functional team including the most senior individual
 Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as required
 Total command of project and change management process, methodologies and tools & technologies

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience in Insurance Underwriting and/or Operations, along with basic Reinsurance knowledge,
    understanding of IT nomenclature and process, and exposure to Business Systems and data flow
     Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management desired
     Strong Business Process Optimization orientation
     Proficiency with MS Suite including MS Project, VISIO, OneNote
     Proficiency with SharePoint


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or similar field
  • Business Process Management certification
  • Project Management certification
