The Assistant Vice President for Arch Advantage is responsible for managing centralized operations and underwriting service teams located in St. Paul, MN, the Philippines, and other branch offices within the US. The AVP is responsible for establishing and managing operational performance standards for their teams. The AVP works independently under broad guidance from the VP, Arch Advantage to effective lead a varied team of analysts, specialists and managers.
The Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of Arch MI and the CHRO, Human Resources (Executives). Frequently handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. He/she exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

The role of the Receptionist is to provide first-class customer service via the effective handling of all internal and external telephone calls and of visitors to the building as well as providing efficient support to the front of house team. This role will be expected to provide basic administrative support
The Branch Manager (BM) will have direct report into the Regional Director for the Central and South West Region
The BM will work as part of the broader regional management team but more specifically with the local Underwriting Manager, Business Development Relationship Manager and the Leicester branch underwriting team to build and maintain strong broker relationships which will materially contribute to UKR business performance both in a retention and new business context.
A strong understanding of broker segmentation, Arch propositions and the ability to interpret, work to and report against key performance indicators is required.
Analytical, problem solving and prioritisation skills with the ability to raise awareness of market trends and emerging opportunities are essential requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to build both internal relationships within the broader Arch Insurance group and within the regional broker community.

In this position you will be working in the actuarial group of a dynamic company supporting pricing, reserving, or financial reporting.
In addition to challenging projects, all interns will participate in the Speaker Series. This is an event that targets leaders of various departments to share their individual career experiences and expertise in their field.
The summer program will culminate with an event in which interns demonstrate their experience and what they have learned through an individual presentation. The event will be attended by their managers, and local Senior Executives.
The program will begin in early June and lasts for a period of ten weeks. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one hour lunch break.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks in support of the HR and Learning and Development functions.
Sr. Digital Product Manager
The Arch Insurance Digital Product Management team has responsibility for solving human and business problems with new technology. This role drives the product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering in assigned business segment. The Senior Digital Product Manager will work closely with business peers and digital product management team members to effectively execute against digital initiatives including Partner Products, web/mobile channel, and Enterprise Technologies. The incumbent will be an experienced dynamic, multidimensional digital professional who is strategic, technology savvy, and skilled in both product strategy and operational efficiencies.
Supporting multiple business units, the Loan Expeditor I indexes all incoming loan documents that are faxed, scanned, or uploaded to Arch MI. He/she ensures all documents are categorized correctly in the imaging system before the documents are released to the business units for use in their applicable business processes. The incumbent follows established procedures and escalates non-standard situations to the team lead or manager.

The credit controller is responsible for analysis and recording of various credit control transactions, cash collection and monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of brokers which includes sending statements, preparing reconciliations, liaising with brokers and their finance departments, preparing and generating various reports with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the UK Finance team in London.

We are seeking a candidate to join our finance group as our new Senior Accountant, Accounting Policy located in White Plains, NY. As a member of our team, this individual will carry out research and documentation in conjunction with a variety of non-standard transactions, adoption of new accounting standards as well as general corporate accounting matters.

The Senior Vice President and General Counsel directs the legal affairs of Arch. Provides legal counsel and guidance on the ordinary and special activities of the company. Ensures maximum protection of Arch’s legal rights, utilizing broad familiarity with most legal disciplines. Participates in executive management policy deliberations and decisions. Directs the defense of Arch against suits or claims and prepares and oversees the prosecution of Arch’s claims against others. Oversees the legal aspects of organizational transactions and the preparation of reports and statements of a legal nature.
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that will raise visibility and awareness of the Arch Insurance brand with our brokers and customers in North America.
Based in either our Jersey City, New Jersey office or our New York, New York office, The Senior Specialist, Employee Communications will be a remote member of Arch's Global Communications and Branding Team, which is based primarily out of Greensboro, North Carolina. The employee will focus on consulting with business units to plan and execute internal communications for Arch Insurance, a rapidly growing global insurance company with U.S. headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute employee communications plans, consult with a wide variety of stakeholders on communications best practices and write engaging copy for a wide range of media — including intranet articles, presentations and all-employee messages — designed to help employees understand and execute business objectives, cultivate and celebrate employee engagement, and reinforce the company’s culture.
