The Senior Internal Auditor will also have the opportunity to lead SOX program activities and aspects of Internal Audit projects. The Director of Credit Policy will oversee a broad array of mortgage and mortgage insurance credit risk responsibilities for the purpose of ensuring appropriate risk exposure for Arch MI’s insurance requirements. The role will require a robust knowledge of the mortgage industry with a focus on 1-4-unit single family lending, credit policy and underwriting.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated holistic understanding of the mortgage process from origination to loan sale/servicing with specific understanding of the inherent risk of loan characteristics that influence the creation and development of credit policy. He/she must demonstrate success in both verbal and written communication of policy material.
The Director must have excellent relationship management and communication skills as they are required to interact with numerous departments and positions across the company, as well as with external contacts at Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac in researching and developing credit standards.
Supporting multiple business units, the Loan Expeditor I indexes all incoming loan documents that are faxed, scanned, or uploaded to Arch MI. He/she ensures all documents are categorized correctly in the imaging system before the documents are released to the business units for use in their applicable business processes. The incumbent follows established procedures and escalates non-standard situations to the team lead or manager.

Individual will continue to mature our DevOps journey.The Manager, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), leads a team to ensure all supported systems are engineered effectively and running properly in order to support critical business applications. The incumbent oversees a team of engineers and identifies the overall goals and objectives of the business, determines the functionality required to meet those needs and manages resources accordingly.

The Manager of Infrastructure Engineering, utilizing a strong technical background, oversees a tight-knit multi-functional team to deliver managed services to internal customers. The Manager of Infrastructure Services manages infrastructure services initiatives through the entire product lifecycle. This role will oversee team workload, performance, and identify resource needs to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. The Manager of Infrastructure Engineering will review existing and new solutions with direct reports and approve adjustments to meet business objectives. The individual will act as the team and senior leadership point of contact. Travel up to 15% maybe be required based on business need.

The Corporate Chief Technology Officer (Corp CTO) role reports into the Corporate Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for standards, architectures, frameworks and technology awareness for innovative digital and data technologies across Arch globally.
Externally, the Corp CTO is expected to be a Leader that can scan the marketplace and establish partnerships with external organizations in order to accelerate the delivery of transformational digital & data technology. Working in close partnership with our Arch wide IT Leadership teams, the CTO will continuously evaluate emerging technologies and InsurTech market developments and their applicability to Arch.
Internally, the Corp CTO is responsible for collaborating with Arch Business partners and IT Delivery teams to develop a shared vision across the organization, creating opportunities using software and data driven technologies & services, reusable frameworks, and common technology processes to enable Arch business and digital goals. The Corp CTO will co-chair the Corporate Enterprise Architecture Committee (EAC) and its processes which works across Arch affiliates and groups to define Arch wide technology standards. The Corp CTO will closely work with all other affiliate CTOs (or equivalents) particularly with the CTO – Corp Infra who is responsible for the Core Infrastructure technology services. Corp CTO is responsible for defining and managing the central repository of reusable technology solutions, architectural patterns, and best practices that can be delivered to Arch segments and affiliates for ease of development, integration, and deployment.
This position will be located in New Jersey or North Carolina, and will required occasional travel across Arch.
