The Treasury Analyst will provide support for capital management and regulatory reporting needs under the supervision of the Assistant Treasurer and operates within a framework of established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring entity level capital positions for compliance, supporting capital modeling and forecasting, and preparing presentations for regulators and management. Participation in new business initiatives that impact Treasury is also required. Interfacing with various departments such as Accounting, Alternative Markets, Legal, Data Analytics, and Arch Investment Management will be required as part of normal operations and new initiatives. The Treasury Analyst should be able to operate independently for daily responsibilities and coordinate across the group to meet all necessary deadlines with impeccable quality.
The Arch MI Digital Product Management team has responsibility for solving human and business problems with new technology. This role drives the product strategy, product roadmap development, and market delivery/operation of the product offering. The Sr. Digital Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, customers and agile product team members to effectively execute against digital initiatives. The incumbent will be a highly customer focused product manager with experience product strategy, value delivery and product lifecycle management.
The Corporate Account Sales Support (ISS) Analyst provides day to day support for Corporate/House Accounts. Working with the National Account VP, he/she leads various executive client meetings, especially when the topic is operational in nature and specific to the client’s processes. The incumbent will provide our internal and external Corporate Accounts with a single point of contact and will have deep knowledge of the corporate accounts, from Origination to claims/servicing/mods.

The Senior Systems Engineer (Automation) will be primarily responsible to guide Arch engineering teams in automating core processes. Many processes are currently either manual and/or handled with scripts. We are looking to automate as much as possible through the use of Ansible, Terraform or similar. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, VMware ESX, Windows, Linux, Automation tools and related technologies. The candidate will be part of the Platform Engineering group. Candidate must be a self-starter, and demonstrate experience managing projects to completion. Candidate must be self-motivated and well organized, and must have strong communications skills. This position works very closely with the AVP of Platform Engineering and Senior Systems Engineers of IT Operations.
The Systems Engineer III is primarily responsible for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and infrastructure automation. The Systems Engineer III will continue to mature our DevOps journey.
The Inside Sales Group is responsible for growing sales in existing markets and expanding into untapped markets using inside sales techniques and procedures (i.e. telephone and email solicitation). The Manager, Inside Sales will effectively manage the group, consisting of 10+ Inside Sales Reps. This individual, at the direction of the VP Sales Support will also be responsible for providing data needed to plan sales strategies and make available information which National Accounts or Regional Managers would be able to utilize. This low-cost channel will solicit large numbers of mortgage lenders in a cost-efficient manner and will have specific sales goals and objectives as determined by senior sales executives.
