The Vice President of Human Resources will contribute to company performance through tactical and strategic planning and consulting, and work with the management team in support of the business objectives. Assure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Direct the compilation of and oversee the analytical review of data for strategic benefits development and evaluation. Provide benefit plan interpretation, guidance and counsel to employees, HRIS representatives, managers, and to Payroll. Present information to inform and educate management. Serve as liaison with executive management and parent company in applicable business planning and benefits.
